Sand and Finish
When Phoenix Floor Finishing performs the sanding process in
your home, we take great care in making sure the interior of your home is
protected from any damage. Wood trim is
hand scraped around when necessary, staples and nails that may have been left
in the floor are removed. The job site
is cleaned up at the end of each day, and because our sanding equipment is
state of the art for dust containment, dust is kept to a minimum.
Phoenix
offers a variety of finish types including oil-base polyurethanes and water-base floor coatings. We work with homeowners individually to
choose the most appropriate finish for each unique home. Factors such as lifestyle (wear and tear) and overall appearance including color and sheen are
considered in this process.
Phoenix
also offers a stain option when finishing floors. Stain samples are applied to
each individual floor, so the homeowner can better choose the color that
is just right for their home.
